Terms
The terms, in plain words.

1. What this site is
Are You Millionaire? (“the site”) is operated by J. P. (“the operator”), an individual based in Mexico. The site lets you make a voluntary payment (“a proof” or “a contribution”) that is displayed publicly along with the name, message and links you choose to provide.
2. Nature of contributions
A contribution is a voluntary gift to the operator to support independent software development. It is not a purchase of goods, an investment, a loan, a security, a donation to a registered charity, or a wager. You receive no equity, interest, return, ownership, or control over any project. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or tax advice.
Missions describe how the operator intends to use funds, after the operator’s own living costs such as housing. They are intentions, not contracts. The operator may change, pause or cancel a mission at any time and will say so publicly.
A contribution never buys an action. The operator does not accept dares, stunts, tasks, challenges or requests of any kind in exchange for payment, and nothing on this site will ever ask anyone to do anything unsafe, unlawful, demeaning or involving unauthorised access to systems or data. Messages attached to a contribution are published as commentary, not instructions.
3. Public display
By paying you agree that your display name (or “Anonymous” if selected), amount, message, optional website and handle, the date, your rank and tier, and any doubt text you entered are published permanently on the site, in social share images, in feeds and in search engines. Your email address is never displayed. Rankings are computed automatically from paid amounts and may change at any time.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe under its own terms. The operator never receives your full card details. Amounts are charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply conversion fees. A proof counts toward the board only once Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Refunds
Because the thing you receive (public recognition and a rank) is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, contributions are non-refundable except where required by law or at the operator’s sole discretion. A refunded contribution is removed from totals and rankings; its serial number remains in the archive marked as refunded. Disputing a confirmed payment with your card issuer after receiving your proof is a breach of these terms.
6. Acceptable content
Names, messages, links and doubts must not contain hate speech, threats, harassment, sexual content, personal data of others, impersonation of real people or brands, spam, or anything unlawful. The operator may edit, hide or remove any content and may hide a patron from public boards without refund if these rules are broken. A doubt is a joke between adults; do not use it to bully anyone.
7. Doubts
Doubt links are created by visitors and address a named person. The operator does not verify that the person consented. If you are named in a doubt and want it removed, email the address below and it will be disabled.
8. Availability and changes
The site is provided as is, without warranty. The operator may change these terms, the tiers, the throne rules or the site itself at any time; material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. Disputes will be handled in the courts of the operator’s place of residence, unless consumer law where you live says otherwise.
